Charron, Adolphe

JOSEPH HONORE ADOLPHE (AL) CHARRON August 9, 1918, July 3, 2013 Dad was born in Rivers, Manitoba to parents Jean Baptiste Charron and Marie Anne Fouillard. He is one of six children (Aldèa, Phil, Jeanette, Eugene-all deceased) and one loving brother Raymond. Many relatives dot the Canadian landscape with very interesting careers and ancestry. Each hopefully earning a positive legacy to be proud of, endeavouring to make the world a better place. Dad enjoyed his job as a draftsman at various levels and in various areas. His particular interests were in technology, outer space-rockets, etc., aviation, nature, music, and singing in choirs. He loved to walk and feed the Canada Geese. Laurette (Laurie) Charron, mom, and her children Hélène (Helen), François (Francis) and Gérald always knew that his faith meant a lot to him. Therefore, instead of flowers, Dad would no doubt appreciate prayers offered in his name wherever you are in the faith of your chosen practice. A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, July 9 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler at Henderson Hwy. A Roman Catholic Mass will be offered in his name at a later date initiated by a family member at St. Ignatius RC. Thanks for all you've done for us, Dad!
